THANH CONG TEXTILE GARMENT COMPANY ORGANIZES “BLACK BELT 2020” CONTEST
Aim to encourage to improve the skills and income for the workers, Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC organizes the contest “Black Belt 2020”. The contest was held at Ho Chi Minh City sewing industry training center from November 5 – 7, 2020 with the participation of 202 highly skilled sewing workers who are representatives from the HCMC sewing industry, Vinh Long sewing industry and Trang Bang sewing industry.
As a result of the contest, there were 162 winners of the awards, of which 39 workers win “Black Belt” award, achieved from 90 to 100 scores and will receive allowance is 300,000 VND/person/month, 74 workers win “Brown Belt” award, achieved from 80 to less than 90 scores, will receive allowance of 200,000 VND/person/month and 49 workers win “Blue Belt” award, achieved from 70 to less than 80 scores, will receive allowance of 100,000 VND/person/month. The allowance amount will be received within 1 year since award win time.
After 3 days of competition, the highest result of the contest – the special award valued 3 million VND belongs to Ms Nguyen Thi Cam Hoai – Sewing 1 factory of the HCMC sewing industry, the awards valued 1 million VND for 7 workers with the highest scores of each sewing factory include: Ms. Hoang Thi Hoa – Sewing 1 Factory , Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet – Sewing 2 Factory, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mum – Sewing 3 Factory, Ms. Tran Xuan Kim – Sewing 5 factory, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue – Sewing 6 factory those belong to Sewing industry of Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Tran Van Kinh – Trang Bang Sewing Industry. Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Thuy – Vinh Long Sewing industry.
On November 20, 2020, the Company held the summarized ceremony and award the prizes to the contestants. Mr. Lee Eun Hong – General Director of the Company gave the speech, highly appreciated the efforts and continuous learning to improve the skills of the contestants and all sewing industry workers and the Organizing Committee awarded the prizes for the excellent and winning workers of the competition.
The excellent skilled workers contest is organized annually by the Company to encourage workers to practice skills, improve their job skills and professional knowledge, contributing to increase labor productivity for the Company and improve income for labors. The winning workers will be continued to train and improve their skills to participate in of good skill contests of the Vietnamese textile and garment industry in coming time.
