TRAINING ACTIVITIES RECAP – JULY & AUGUST 2025

In July and August 2025, the L&D Team organized 5 internal training programs to meet the learning and development needs of employees across the company.

1.AI Basic Training

The AI Basic Training program was rolled out company-wide to employees across Back Office, Sales, and Production, providing knowledge and skills to apply AI in daily work as part of the company’s comprehensive digital transformation strategy.

The course enhanced awareness of AI’s role, encouraged a proactive mindset in embracing new technologies, and supported work optimization—boosting productivity while fostering a culture of innovation at Thanh Cong.

2.Sales Technical Mastery Training

Next in the training series was the “Sales Technical Mastery” program for the Sales Team, SO and R&BD. During the sessions, participants were equipped with technical knowledge of production processes, cost calculation methods, and product quality control.

The program strengthened participants’ confidence in customer consulting, enhanced credibility, and fostered sustainable partnerships with clients, while also creating momentum for the company’s long-term growth.

3.Merchandise – Vertical Process Class

Following that was the “Merchandise – Vertical Process Class”, designed for the Office, Sales, and Production teams. The course provided participants with an overview of the vertical production process, enhancing cross-department collaboration.

The program also emphasized work optimization, improved customer service quality, and laid a solid foundation for Thanh Cong’s sustainable growth.

4.Sales Training – Knitting Factory Advanced Knowledge

As part of the Sales Training 2025 program, the L&D Team organized the “Knitting Factory Advanced Knowledge” course for the Sales team. The training focused on providing in-depth knowledge of knitting techniques, machinery, and production capabilities.

Through the program, participants not only gained a solid understanding of the production process but also strengthened their confidence in consulting and persuading customers based on the practical value of the products. In addition, the course fostered stronger connections between the Knitting Factory and the Sales team, promoting effective collaboration and optimized overall results.

5.CM Cost Training

Concluding the July–August training series was the “CM Cost Training” course for the Sales team, designed to provide foundational knowledge on a key factor determining product pricing.

Through the program, participants had the opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the Sales team and Production, while mastering methods to build reasonable quotations—contributing to customer retention and driving sustainable revenue growth.
