THANH CONG COMPANY WAS HONORED TO RECEIVE THE AWARD OF TYPICAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF HCM CITY 2019 AND THE 43-YEAR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT WARD

On the evening of October 12, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Business Association – HUBA celebrated the 15th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, honoring businesses achieved ward Typical products and services in Ho Chi Minh City in 2019 and congratulated the businesses for sustainable development over 30 years. The ceremony was held at Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81 with the participation of the City leaders, Ho Chi Minh City Business Association and more than 300 representatives of businesses, members of the Business Association and press, journalists.
There are 108 enterprises with 147 products and services that have achieved the ward “Typical products and services in Ho Chi Minh City” in 2019 and 56 enterprises with sustainable development over 30 years. These are businesses with high revenues, profits, full budget contribution, good implementation of social responsibilities and environment. The election for “typical products and services of Ho Chi Minh City” is held every two years by the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association for the purpose of discovering and promoting brands of products and services of business in Ho Chi Minh City, serving the goal of developing major brands of the City, and honoring businesses with typical products and services, thereby creating a great motivation for the city businessmen and businesses continue to overcome difficulties and challenges to integrate and develop, accompany in construction of the City.
Mr. Le Thanh Liem, Standing Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People Committee had speech and high appreciated the contributions of businesses and entrepreneurs in the process of building and developing the City, has created a new breath of life, becoming a direct driver of City economic growth.
At the ceremony, Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the award “Typical products and services in Ho Chi Minh City” and the award “Sustainable development business”. This is the second time Thanh Cong received these awards and is the typical enterprise for the Textile and Garment industry with long history of sustainable development over 40 years. At the event, Mr. Tran Nhu Tung – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors representing the company leaders attended the award ceremony and answered an interview with HTV Television. The program was broadcast in the news of HTV9 and HTV1 on October 17, 2019. The awards are a great encouragement, creating motivation for businesses to continue developing, contributing to the socio-economic city in particular and the whole country in general.
