OCTOBER HODS MEETING & PROMOTION CEREMONY
October HODs meeting was held with several remarkable agenda items, including updates on the activities of the Internal Coordination and Collaboration Committee (ICCC), sharing of customer survey and research results in the Korean market by the ESIs, a business performance report for Who.A.U Vietnam for September, and the Promotion Ceremony.
The meeting began with a presentation by HRS Director, Ms. Châu Kim Ngân, on the implementation of ICCC – a dedicated unit supporting cross-departmental coordination to resolve inter-departmental issues lacking standard operating procedures, thus enhancing management efficiency and minimizing coordination difficulties.
Following this, the ESIs shared insights from their recent business trip to E-Land Group, South Korea, where they gained practical experience from the leadership team and conducted international customer surveys. These surveys provided valuable customer perspectives and market trends, helping the company identify opportunities to improve production processes, enhance product quality, and optimize time and pricing strategies.
The meeting also recognized significant milestones achieved by Who.A.U Vietnam in September 2025, marked by impressive revenue and dynamic business activities, along with preparations for the upcoming year-end peak season. To honor the committed efforts behind the brand’s success, the TC Commerce team was awarded the “Team Award” during this meeting.
The Promotion Ceremony, a highlight of the event, celebrated employees’ dedication and contributions to the company’s growth. We extend our best wishes for continued success and fulfillment in your new roles.
