This series of training materials, ranging from basic to advanced, empowers staff to utilize AI not as a replacement but as a powerful tool to enhance work efficiency, save time, and boost productivity. This initiative marks a meaningful step forward in Thanh Cong’s journey toward comprehensive digital transformation.

CELEBRATING INNOVATION – THE “INNOVATIVE AWARD”

Another standout moment was the recognition of the IT-ERP Developer Team with the “Innovative Award” for their successful development of a software system to manage the 2025 Shareholders’ Meeting. This modern solution delivered tangible value, including:
  + A 40% reduction in organizing personnel, from 30 people in 2024 to 18 in 2025.    + Significantly shorter processing times for shareholder verification and vote counting—cut down to just one-third of the time required in previous years.
  + Enhanced accuracy and transparency, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional shareholder meeting.
