The May HODs Meeting opened with a heartfelt recap video capturing unforgettable moments from the OJM 2025 program. The 6km forest trekking journey, filled with both tough challenges and joyful laughter, was more than just a physical test—it was a powerful experience of unity, resilience, and renewed determination among the “Nguoi Thanh Cong.”
Throughout the program, team members reflected on their journey, exchanged heartfelt thoughts, and contributed valuable insights to shape the strategic direction toward the 2030 vision. Each individual was encouraged to let go of outdated habits and mindsets, embracing a shared commitment to “Reset to Rise” – a spirit of personal renewal for greater collective strength.

A highlight of the meeting was the inspiring presentation from the IT-ERP Department on their AI Video Tutorial Project for all employees. This series of training materials, ranging from basic to advanced, empowers staff to utilize AI not as a replacement but as a powerful tool to enhance work efficiency, save time, and boost productivity. This initiative marks a meaningful step forward in Thanh Cong’s journey toward comprehensive digital transformation.
CELEBRATING INNOVATION – THE “INNOVATIVE AWARD”
Another standout moment was the recognition of the IT-ERP Developer Team with the “Innovative Award” for their successful development of a software system to manage the 2025 Shareholders’ Meeting. This modern solution delivered tangible value, including:
+ A 40% reduction in organizing personnel, from 30 people in 2024 to 18 in 2025. + Significantly shorter processing times for shareholder verification and vote counting—cut down to just one-third of the time required in previous years.
+ Enhanced accuracy and transparency, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional shareholder meeting.
