1. Highlight financial performance

The performance of the company in November and 11 months of 2013 has got the good result. In November, net revenue achieved about USD 9,931,000 and net income achieved about USD $490,000 increases about 13% compare to the target. The accumulated revenue of 11 months is about USD 108,000,000 and accumulated net income is about more than USD 5,500,000 over year target.

2. Investor Relation

On 23rd December, 2013 morning at Movenpick Hotel – HCM City, the leaders of the company had the meeting with the investors to share the information of the company’s performance in 2013 and business plan in 2014. On this occasion, the leaders of the company also want to thank the investors, the security companies, the media and press who interested in TCM stock and have supported Thanh Cong during last periods. The company really hopes to continue receiving the concern and cooperation of the investors, the security companies, the media and press in next year.

3. Corporate Social Responsibility activities

On 4th Dec., 2013, Thanh Cong is honorable to get CSR award granted by Vietnamese and Korean Governments. This is 2nd time, Thanh Cong got this valuable award.

On December, besides granting the monthly scholarship to the daughter of the weaving worker as usual, the company has organized the visiting, giving the gifts and big Christmas cards for children of Son Ky orphanage – District 12 and Thien An orphanage – Tan Phu District on occasion of the Christmas season and New Year. On 5th December, the company also coordinated with Dail charity organization to give the loving meals to more than 140 the poor and the old of Binh Hung Hoa ward, Binh Tan District. This activity is implement monthly aims to share a part of difficulties of the old and the poor at Binh Hung Hoa award.

4. Other activity

From 29th ~ 30th Nov, the company implemented the final interview with 65 internships from the universities at HCM city and the company has selected 31 most proper ones. From 16th ~ 20th Dec, the company organizes the training program for the internships before they start to work for the company at the end of December. The purpose of the program is to train inherited employees to build and develop the company in the future. The training program is prolong within two months, from 16th December, 2013 to 16th February, 2014.
