2026 NEW YEAR KICK OFF
On January 5, 2026, Thanh Cong Textile hosted the 2026 New Year Kick-Off Ceremony in a solemn, focused, and energetic atmosphere. This was not only the opening event for a new working year, but also carried special significance as the Company reached the milestone of 50 years of establishment and development (1976–2026).
After five decades, Thanh Cong has affirmed its position in the textile and garment industry in Vietnam and worldwide, thanks to the dedication of generations of Leaders and employees, along with the preservation and promotion of core values. The 2026 New Year Kick-Off program became an important occasion to reflect on the journey so far, while setting goals, directions, and development strategies for the next stage of Thanh Cong’s growth.
During the program, CFO Ms. Nguyen Minh Hao shared the business performance results of 2025 and outlined objectives for 2026. Entering the new year, Thanh Cong has identified its priorities as cost control, building clear investment strategies, with particular focus on modern machinery and transformation programs to enhance long-term competitiveness.
Following this, Ms. Pham Thuy Dung – Head of Strategy, summarized key projects from 2025 and shared directions for continued implementation and adjustments in 2026 to align with the Company’s development strategy.
Units across Sales, Back Office, and Factory divisions also presented their results, objectives, and action plans, demonstrating a spirit of initiative and determination, ready to break through and jointly pursue greater common goals with responsibility and discipline.
The ceremony also dedicated time to honoring and rewarding outstanding teams and individuals of 2025. Exceptional achievements were recognized through the Best Improvement Team Awards and the Kaizen Award.
This was a well-deserved acknowledgment of Nguoi Thanh Cong’s innovative initiatives, proactive spirit, and relentless efforts. It contributed to building a culture of growth, continuous improvement, and distinctive innovation within the Company, while affirming the value of creativity and responsibility in every employee.
In his speech, CEO Mr. Song Jae Ho emphasized the special significance of 2026, marking 50 years of Thanh Cong’s establishment and development. He affirmed four foundational pillars driving the Company’s growth: investors, employees, customers, and society.
He also highlighted the Company’s strategic focus for the next journey: Transformation, Speed, and R&D. Within this, Automation, AI, and Positive Thinking are considered the keys to overcoming challenges and unlocking new opportunities. This orientation aims to create long-term value for investors, enhance customer experience, develop employee capabilities, and fulfill social responsibility.
The 2026 New Year Kick-Off Ceremony not only marked the beginning of a new year full of challenges and opportunities, but also served as an important preparation, opening the journey for the next 50 years.
