On the evening of October 11, the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) held the ceremony to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day and the 50th anniversary of its establishment (1975-2025). On this occasion, the City honored 105 enterprises with outstanding products and services in 2025 and awarded Certificates of Merit to 41 enterprises with many years of achievements that have achieved the title of Typical Enterprises of Ho Chi Minh City.
Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Nguyen Loc Ha, leaders of departments, along with more than 400 delegates, guests and outstanding enterprises and individuals of the City.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa, Chairman of HUBA, emphasized that over the past two decades, enterprises and entrepreneurs of Ho Chi Minh City have continuously strived to improve, proving their creativity, adaptability and leadership in many fields. The City’s business community has actively contributed to the liberation of resources, promoting the division of social labor, shifting economic structure, implementing industrialization and modernization towards sustainable development and improving competitiveness. This achievement is the result of the efforts, pioneering spirit and constant innovation of all business enterprises in the City.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Nguyen Loc Ha said that in the context of many fluctuations in the global economy, 2025 is identified as the year of “acceleration”, creating a foundation for the breakthrough period of 2026 – 2030. The City aims for GRDP growth of 8.5%, focusing on promoting public investment, attracting social resources, developing the digital economy and innovation.
Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Loc Ha awarded Certificates of Merit to 41 enterprises with many years of achievements to achieve the title of Typical Enterprise of Ho Chi Minh City, and also commended 105 enterprises with typical products and services in 2025. Affirming that typical enterprises, with honored products, are excellent representatives of more than 500,000 enterprises in the City, with outstanding achievements in effective production and business, sustainable development, are excellent representatives of enterprises in the City, are the core force, contributing to the socio-economic development of the City and the country.
On this occasion, Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for its outstanding achievements and contributions to the development of the City over the past many years, and at the same time received the title of Typical Enterprise and the certificate of typical products and services of Ho Chi Minh City in 2025.
