TRAINING ACTIVITIES RECAP – MAY 2025

In May, the L&D team successfully organized four internal training sessions to support the learning and development needs of our colleagues across the company.

1. Training For Purchasing Department: Technical Sewing Knowledge Class

The first training session was titled “Training For Purchasing Department: Technical Sewing Knowledge Class”. specifically designed for the Purchasing Department following the company’s restructuring, which merged the Materials & Garment Accessories Supply Department into the Purchasing Department.

During the session, participants were provided with detailed insights into technical specifications, processes, and garment manufacturing techniques — key elements that support product evaluation and informed decision-making.

2. New Product Knowledge Training from R&BD:

Next were training sessions under the 2025 Sales Training Program. The first was the “New Product Knowledge Training from R&BD” class. This training was designed to equip the Sales team with in-depth knowledge of new products developed by the R&BD Department.

Participants were given detailed information on the features and benefits of each product line, as well as effective presentation techniques for the showroom. Through the course, they not only gained a clear understanding of the products’ strengths but also built confidence in advising and persuading customers based on the practical value the products offer.

  1. AI and Strategic Marketing for the Textile and Garment Industry:

Following that was a training session designed to help the Sales team at Thành Công strengthen their knowledge and gradually develop marketing plans tailored to the company’s needs.
 The content focused on how to apply AI in building marketing strategies, thereby enhancing market outreach effectiveness and supporting the company’s digital transformation process.

A highlight of the session was the practical sharing from:
  + Ms. Farita Alley – a Marketing Manager with experience at Omron and Kohler, who shared hands-on lessons in brand positioning and optimizing marketing strategies.
  + Mr. Trương Hoàng Dương – a Digital Marketing expert with extensive experience in leading large-scale projects, who offered practical suggestions to help participants “untangle” challenges in building market access plans.

4. Book discussion: “Selling to Big Companies”

Wrapping up the May training series was the book discussion: “Selling to big Companies”. The program aimed to help Sales team members grasp and effectively apply the knowledge from the book to real-life situations when working with major clients — especially in an increasingly volatile market environment.

Through sharing, group discussions, and analysis of the company’s current situation, participants identified existing challenges and collaboratively proposed practical solutions to better approach and engage with large customers.
