THANH CONG TEXTILE GARMENT INVESTMENT TRADING JSC HOLDS THE FESTIVAL TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTION
On 13/5/2013, Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC organized the meeting among divisions of the company to share knowledge, information and experience in production, management and plan to implement in coming time. Attendants include the leaders, managers and representatives of divisions. Opening the meeting, Mr. Kim Dong Ju – Deputy General Director in charge of production and sales together with representatives of Internal Audit Team present of building and applying ERP in management and production. Mr. Lee Hyoung Kyu and talent hunting team of HR division present process of recruitment, training and developing talents for the company. Mr. Song Jae Ho, sewing director and Export D team report of E.Land orders and applying Lean program in production. Mr. Cho Jaecheon, manger of R&D team present the developing of materials in production. Next, Mr. Kim Soung Gyu-Deputy General Director in charge of investment and foreign affairs and Investment Strategy Division share experience M&A through acquiring SY Vina in Dong Nai, a leading company in producing synthetic fabric and team also share experiences of implementing GSM successfully as well as controlling the contract, legal consultancy for the company and report of the real estate implementing status of “TC1 project”. Mr. Huy manger of environment presents of controlling waste water system to reach the environment standards. Representatives of production division, Mr. Choi Jong Sub, head of dying factory presents of the product quality improvement. Mr. Choi Seh Seun – Director of knitting factory report of innovation and improvement of product quality and minimize the defected fabrics. Finally, Mr. Jeong Jae Ki, director of the spinning division and team present the implemented performance, especially the initiatives of economizing on using electricity in production and product package process. After presentation of divisions, the leader of the company gives the sharing, advices and emphasizes of vision, integrity, business philosophy and wants all leaders and employees of the company continue promoting and trying more efforts to build the company more and more sustainable development. This meeting as the good chance for all divisions and leaders of the company sit together to share precious information, knowledge and experience aim to look to the general goal to build the company more and more developing and become the Viet Nam leading Textile Garment company in the future.
