THANH CONG TEXTILE GARMENT COMPANY AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS TO DIFFICULT STUDENTS IN TAN PHU DISTRICT ON OCCASION OF THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
For many years, Thanh Cong Company has always accompanied and actively supported social activities for the community of Tan Phu District. On the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the Company’s establishment, on August 25, 2022, the Company cooperated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Phu District to organize the Nguyen Huu Tho Scholarships Ceremony and means to school to 166 pupils and students with difficult circumstances on the occasion of the new school year 2022-2023.
Attending the scholarship awarding ceremony, there are the leader representatives of the People’s Committee of Tan Phu district, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Phu district and the leader representatives of Thanh Cong Textile and Garment Investment Trading JSC, the parents and students.
At the scholarship awarding ceremony – Mr. Tran Nhu Tung/Deputy General Director cum Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company gave a speech to commend and encourage the students of the district despite of their difficult circumstances, they have been striving for studying well. Sincerely thank to the leaders of the People’s Committee of Tan Phu District, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Phu District for creating conditions for the Company to have the opportunity to join hands with the District to contribute to creating favorable conditions so that the students can continue to go to school and share a part of their difficulties in life.
The scholarships awarded include 22 bicycles and 144 scholarships worth 100 million VND from the contributions of the Company’s Board of Directors members. The Nguyen Huu Tho scholarship program is held annually on the occasion of the new school year has become familiar to students with difficult circumstances. The program is the timely encouragement gift for the difficult students to have more motivation and hope to rise up in their studies and realize their dreams.
