R&BD Staff (Textile Engineer)

JOB DESCRIPTION:    

1. Analyze and develop product samples
2. Monitor and control sample quality at factories
3. Operate laboratory and pilot plant equipment
4. Conduct market research and analysis
5. Research new materials and processes for textile and garment products
6. Plan and implement product development activities
7. Manage laboratory equipment within the scope of work
8. Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Textile or Garment Technology or Chemistry-related majors
2. English proficiency sufficient for work communication
3. Experience from 6 months to 1 year in a similar position
4. Knowledge and experience in textiles: fibers, yarns, and fabrics
5. Proactive and eager to learn
6. Understanding of color and quality standards for knitted fabrics
7. Knowledge of textile materials and knitted fabrics
8. Familiarity with testing methods, standards, and quality evaluation
