On May 10, 2024, Thanhcong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company and the Company’s Trade Union held Collective Labor Agreement Signing Ceremony.

Representing the Company is Mr. Song Jae Ho – CEO, Mr. Tran Nhu Tung – DGD, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan – HR Director, Mr. Kim Tae Wan – HR Strategy Director. On behalf of Trade Union is Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Chau – President of the Trade Union, Mr. Truong Quang Dinh – Vice President of the Trade Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Chi – Vice President of the Trade Union, Ms. Dao Vu Hai Linh – Member of the Company’s Trade Union. Participating in the Ceremony were more than 70 leaders representing all departments and factories of the Company.

The collective labor agreement is the basis and principle for the Company to fully and comprehensively implement its committed obligations, contributing to the completion of production and business tasks and build stable and harmonious relationships with employees. In recent years, the Company’s business and production situation has been strongly affected by the Covid pandemic and fluctuating economic conditions. However, our Company and the Trade Union always strive to find solutions to optimize employees’ rights, improve the environment and working conditions, and support and visit employees when they fall into difficult circumstances. It can be said that the old Agreement has completed its mission, ensuring legitimate rights for workers. However, in reality, production and business management activities have generated a number of contents that need to be amended and supplemented to the Collective Labor Agreement, ensuring better beneficial conditions for employees. That is the reason for this signing ceremony.

Sharing at the Program, Mr. Song Jae Ho, CEO shared a message with all Thanh Cong employees, he emphasized Thanh Cong’s 03 core values, which are Growth, Customer Satisfaction and Waste Elimination. These are important values and principles for the company to operate and develop to achieve the vision we aim for. And each individual also has 3 core values that need to be satisfied to help us achieve happiness, which are Health, Relationship, Work.

Talking about the work aspect, what do employees want in the company? The answer is Autonomy, meaning they are fully empowered to do the right job and responsibilities; Relatedness means the harmonious relationship between employees and their colleagues and leaders; Competency means they have the opportunity to improve their abilities at work.

To help employees feel satisfied with all of the above, Mr. Song himself also has keywords that he always remembers. That is Trust and Respect for others, always being Fair with everyone, trying to Listen when working and behaving in the Company. And Mr. Song hopes that all leaders in departments and units will remember and implement these keywords, aiming to bring happiness to employees. Because only when employees feel happy at work, they can bring the highest value to themselves, and to the company.

In conjunction with the Collective Labor Agreement Signing Ceremony, the 2023 Best Contributor Award was awarded to Ms. Huynh Thi Thu Sa, Legal Director, as recognition for Ms. Sa’s tireless efforts during the past time for the Company, contributing to helping Thanh Cong stabilize and develop.
