THANH CONG TEXTILE GARMENT INVESTMENT TRADING JSC AND WORLD FASHION EXCHANGE SIGN THE ERP CONTRACT

After a period of research and work, Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company has chosen the partner WORLD FASHION EXCHANGE (WFX) – The company has more than 20 years of experience in implementing PLM & ERP solutions for many partners who are large garment and fashion companies and corporations in Vietnam and the world to deploy ERP system with outstanding solutions, aim to bring Thanh Cong Textile and Garment Company to new heights.
On September 12, 2022, the signing ceremony to implement ERP system took place at Thanh Cong Textile and Garment Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company with the attendance of Mr. Jung Sung Kwan – General Director of Thanh Cong Company and Mr. Jatin – General Director of WFX and the representatives of project members of both parties.
The ERP project officially entered the implementation phase in October 2022 and is expected to be completed and put into use in February 2024 and is divided into 2 phases:
-Phase 01: deploying for virtual showroom, sample development, sales and order management, procurement of raw materials, inventory & product quality management.
-Phase 02: implementing for production management, output transportation, QA system, BI analysis and integration support with the Company’s current systems.
With the features and comprehensive solutions of the ERP system built on the basis of advanced technology combined with the advantage of vertical production process from Yarn – Knitting/Weaving – Dyeing – Sewing at Thanh Cong, it is expected to bring optimal results for businesses in controlling costs, input materials, inventory, improving capacity and efficiency, reducing order production time, standardizing designs, improving high product quality, shortening delivery time… profoundly changing the product value chain, from research – development to production, logistics services to customer service…, greatly reducing production, transportation, distribution costs and increase labor productivity and business efficiency in the coming time.
