On June 20, 2020, Thanh Cong Textile Garment – Investment – Trading JSC held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 at the Company’s headquarters – 36 Tay Thanh, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of 66 shareholders; own and represent for 38,312,635 shares, representing 66.15% of the total shares of the Company.
The meeting approved the following contents: Report on the Company’s performance in 2019 and the 2020 Plan; Report on BOD activities; Report of the Auditing Committee 2019; Statement of implementation of profit distribution in 2018, 2019 and profit distribution plan in 2020; Report of remuneration for the Board of Directors 2019; Statement of remuneration for the Board of Directors in 2020; Statement of the number of independent members of the Board of Directors; Statement of selection of auditing company for the fiscal year 2020; Statement of increase of charter capital due to share bonus in 2019; Statement of revision of business scopes and revision of the Company’s Charter and Draft of Resolutions.
The General Shareholder Meeting ended at 11am the same day with good successful results.
