OJM BUSINESS PLANNING 2026
On November 14, 2025, the OJM Business Planning 2026 program with the theme “Run to Rise” took place in a lively and positive atmosphere, filled with many memorable moments. The event was attended by unit heads from Sales, Indirect Sales, Back Office, and Factory. Through this program, the organizers aimed not only to bring joy and connection, but also to create an open space where all participants could freely and honestly share their concerns and challenges at work. From there, everyone could work together to find new, stronger directions and solutions for the 2026 strategy.
At this program, Ms. Châu Kim Ngân – HR Strategy Director – shared about the core spirit of “Run to Rise,” marking a new journey full of speed and determination. Ms. Phạm Thùy Dung – SOManager – presented an overview of the 2025 performance results, along with the challenges that need to be overcome in the future. Mr. Huỳnh Thế Quốc – Finance Department – reported on the 2025 revenue situation, clarifying the factors affecting business results, as well as important notes and adjustments for the 2026 plan.
Mr. Song Jae Ho – CEO – also shared the strategy and vision for 2026. He expressed his expectation that 2026 would be the year when all Thành Công employees would “Run” together with one speed, one vision, and one shared determination in this new journey. “Run to Rise” is not only a slogan, but also a reminder of the spirit of companionship and breakthrough effort.
In addition to professional content and main activities, this program also brought a series of challenges and creative team-building activities, helping to energize the atmosphere and spread positive energy to all members. Everything was geared toward team spirit, member connection, and the mindset of “Ready – Unity – Action Now.”
