The OJM 2025 Target Program, held on
November 6, 2025, provided an opportunity for the Sales Departments, Production
Departments, and R&D to develop their action plans for 2025. Each
department presented key projects aimed at achieving the set goals. Based on
feedback from the CEO and the Evaluation Committee, departments were able to
make timely adjustments or additions to their projects, ensuring optimal
preparation for the coming year.
This also provided a valuable opportunity
for key employees from various departments to meet, network, and engage in open
and friendly discussions during the buffet lunch held at the Winning Lounge.
The atmosphere of the program was further energized and enlivened by the
impressive cultural performances, presented by participants, which brought
memorable and relaxing moments to the event.
The Winning Culture development plan for 2025 was also presented as part of the program. This plan is an important component of the company’s long-term strategy, aimed at building and strengthening a positive, creative, and cohesive working environment. The program focuses not only on maintaining and developing the core values of the company’s culture but also on setting specific goals to enhance work efficiency, employee satisfaction, and strengthen inter-departmental collaboration.
The afternoon session of the program continued with discussion sessions between the Sales and the Production Separtments, focusing on establishing strong and effective collaboration agreements between the two divisions. The goal of these discussions was to identify mutually supportive solutions that would optimize workflows and ensure smooth coordination across departments throughout 2025. These agreements are not only aimed at achieving the business objectives set for the year but also at improving work efficiency and promoting the company’s sustainable growth.
