The MERCHANDISE – VERTICAL PROCESS TRAINING 2025 program has officially concluded after three months of intensive learning, successfully achieving its goal of enhancing professional capabilities for the Sales, Factory, and related departments at Thành Công. Through the program, participants not only gained comprehensive knowledge and essential professional skills but also strengthened their communication and cross-functional collaboration — contributing to the company’s long-term sustainable growth.
The training program is part of the company’s strategy to develop the capabilities of newly joined employees, rejuvenate the workforce, and foster a continuous learning culture across Thành Công. With a comprehensive innovation mindset, the L&D Team has restructured the 2025 program, developing 11 specialized training modules focusing on the company’s end-to-end vertical production process.
Participants in the program had the opportunity to experience real-life business scenarios and take part in work-based simulation exercises. Throughout the course, they were guided and supported by a team of experienced internal trainers from various departments and factories, who were always ready to share their expertise and provide dedicated mentorship.
