ESI ONBOARDING 2026 TRAINING PROGRAM
After two weeks of intensive training, the ESI Onboarding 2026 program has successfully come to a close, leaving participants with valuable experiences and memorable moments. More than just a training course, it marks the beginning of new growth opportunities, where you officially embark on your journey with Thanh Cong to achieve breakthrough goals in the future.
During the two-week onboarding program, the ESIs were equipped with essential knowledge and foundational skills to support their work. It also provided a valuable opportunity for them to connect, build relationships, and gain insights from leaders, as well as from previous generations of TSI, TCNG, and senior ESIs. At the same time, this journey helped each member better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and gradually shape their own development path.
The program offered a comprehensive overview of the organizational structure, the roles of different departments, and especially the vertical production process. Real-life stories about leadership roles, personal development mindset, and management experience across factories and departments – along with practical insights and case studies from Thanh Cong’s previous projects – have helped the ESIs gain a clearer understanding of how different teams collaborate, solve problems, and execute projects in practice. These are not only professional lessons but also a source of inspiration, enabling each individual to more clearly define their career path and future direction with Thanh Cong Company.
