R&D Director (Textile, Garment, Fabric)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Oversee the research and development of textile and apparel products
- Develop and implement strategies for new material development and commercialization
- Plan and manage research projects
- Analyze industry trends and reflect market needs
- Collaborate with international teams and conduct global R&D projects
- Prepare research reports and publish papers
- Provide technical support and cooperation with clients and partners
- Manage laboratories and guide research personnel
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering or a related field (Ph.D degree)
- Over 20 years of relevant experience
- More than 10 years of experience in laboratories or textile manufacturing
- Deep understanding of textile and material science
- Strongly prefer who has high knowledge and experience on dyeing process
- Proven experience in research and development project management
- Strong data analysis and experimental design skills
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking
- Experience in global R&D projects
- Experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2015
- Experience in collaborating with multinational teams
- Proficiency in English.
