B. Key Responsibilities
I. Drive Global Revenue & Commercial Strategy
- Develop and execute global sales strategy for Fabric and Garment
- Identify priority markets and strategic brand targets.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and margin improvementity.
- Align Sales strategy with production capacity and competitive positioning
II. Acquire New Global Buyers & Brands (Critical KPI)
- This is a core expectation of the role.
- The CMO must:
- Personally bring new international buyers and global brands.
- Demonstrate direct contact experience with end buyers (brand HQ, sourcing directors, category heads).
- Open and convert new strategic accounts independently.
- Build long-term, high-value partnerships with global brands.
- Reduce reliance on intermediaries and trading channels.
- Candidates must demonstrate proven success in acquiring new brands and generating incremental revenue.
III. Executive-Level Communication & Negotiation
- The CMO will represent TCG in high-level commercial engagements.
- Responsibilities include:
- Leading negotiations with global brands.
- Presenting TCG’s value proposition beyond price (vertical integration, ESG, speed-to-market, risk control).
- Influencing decision-makers at brand headquarters.
- Managing complex commercial structures and pricing strategies.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and fluent English are mandatory.
IV. Lead & Transform the Sales Organization
- The CMO will lead all Sales teams across Fabric and Garment divisions.
- Key expectations:
- Set clear revenue and margin targets.
- Build disciplined pipeline management.
- Transform Sales from reactive order management to proactive business development.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Develop second-line commercial leaders.
- The CEO expects measurable improvement in commercial performance and sales discipline.
C. Qualification Requirements
- * Mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of commercial experience in textile/garment industry.
- Proven ability to acquire new international buyers and brands.
- Direct working experience with end buyers (not only agents or intermediaries).
- Strong executive presence and negotiation capability.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-market sales teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

- Experience in vertically integrated textile manufacturing.
- Strong network in US and/or EU markets.
- Experience managing large-scale export operations.
