“BUSINESS ETHICS CODE” TRAINING PROGRAM AT THÀNH CÔNG
In September, the L&D Team, in collaboration with the Legal Department, organized the “Business Ethics Code” training program with the participation of over 700 employees from the Sales, Back Office, and Production divisions. The program was conducted in a hybrid format—both in-person and online—allowing employees from various branches and factories to participate fully.
The training program helped all employees gain a deeper understanding of the importance of adhering to ethical standards and fostering a transparent, safe working environment. This marks an important step in reinforcing Thành Công’s commitment to sustainable development.
