APRIL HODS MEETING & PROMOTION CEREMONY

The April HODs meeting recorded positive business results for Quarter 1, reaffirming the company’s sustainable growth and flexible adaptability in a challenging business environment. However, as we look ahead, we must also acknowledge the potential difficulties and challenges approaching in Quarter 2. While Q1 results were encouraging, forecasts suggest that the upcoming quarter may not be as favorable as expected.
The meeting was also an occasion to bid farewell to Ms. Hồ Thị Hồng Hạnh, Sewing Factory Manager, after 16 years of dedication and service at Thanh Cong. We sincerely thank her—a committed colleague and a responsible leader—who has contributed significantly to both the Sewing and the company’s overall growth. We wish you good health, peace, and happiness in the next chapter of your life.
A highlight of the meeting was the Promotion Ceremony, recognizing the hard work and contributions of our employees at Thanh Cong. Congratulations to the 25 team members who were promoted in this round.
In April, we once again honored Kaizen initiatives that have brought improvements in productivity and cost efficiency. Congratulations to the employees from the Knitting Division and Thanh Cong Dong Nai for their meaningful contributions.
In the “Practical Application of AI” segment, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Thiện from the SO Department and Ms. Hoàng Thị Hồng Nhung from the ERP Team shared how artificial intelligence can be applied to work, helping to save time and optimize workflows.
